This dress was worn for a total of 5 hours on the day of my wedding. I had it dry-cleaned professionally (which cost $150) right after the wedding, and it has been sitting in a sealed box ever since.
There is only one thing wrong with the dress, and it's minor. When we practiced our dance, I accidentally stepped on the tulle lining of the dress, and it ripped a little. I didn't have a sewing kit (always take a sewing kit on your wedding day!) and so the attendant cut around the bottom of the tulle so I could walk/dance. It didn't affect the way the dress looked (see above pix from our wedding and dance), and the dry cleaner was also a tailor, so he was able to fix (even out) the tulle after the wedding when I got it cleaned.
I was a size 8, 130 pounds at the time of my wedding, and this dress is a size 10, which was altered a little to fit me. It has a corset waist, zipper and a French bustle. The detail on the corset are pearls, and exquisite Swarovski crystals. The train is chapel length, not that long, and the strapless corset waist bodice and A-Line skirt create a slimming effect. I included 1 stock picture from Demetrios so you can see what it looks like on a model.
If you're looking for a wedding dress that is timeless in very good condition, this is it. I paid over $1,100 for this new, (originally it was $1,300); so it's a great price here. You won't find a designer dress in this condition for this price anywhere else.
This dress is waiting for a lovely bride to dazzle at her wedding!
