We eloped, so I only wore the dress for about an hour. We took a few quick photos at the venue immediately after the ceremony. After that, I took the dress off before heading out to dinner. It was just to the two of us (and the photographer) so there was no interactions with others (hugging, moving around a lot, etc.) The dress was worn for the quick ceremony and a few photos, and that is all.
It's in excellent condition. The bottom hem of the interior layers of the gown has a very small amount of dirt, but can't be seen.
Please note that above measurements are from the David's Bridal website. Since it is a ballgown style dress, the most important measurements will be the bust and waist. Hip measurement due to the ballgown style.

HOW TO MEASURE (from David's Bridal website)
Measure with undergarments similar to those you will wear with your dress; do not measure over other clothing. Make sure the measuring tape is parallel to the floor and pulled evenly across the body with no slack.
Bust: Measure across the back and fullest part of the bust (not under the bust).
Waist: Bend to one side to find the crease or natural waist. Measure across the narrowest part.
Hip: Standing with feet together, measure at the fullest part of the hip.
