This couture gown is timeless, elegant and traditional with a little bit of edge. The 100% silk organza has an incredible hand. The Alencon lace detail is subtle and flattering, and the open back and not-too-sexy sheer tulle sides give just a little elegant drama. And.. it has pockets! Perfect for holding a few tissues or your lipstick.
This demure beauty has been sealed in a garment bag in it's original box since it arrived.
Dress Specifics:
At this YouTube link, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k74HeD36EC8, you can see the dress move down the runway in the Anne Barge Bridal 2015 Collection Fashion Runway Show. It plays at the 4:20 minute mark to 5:00 minutes.
The dress is a size 4. The waist is 26.5” The bust is 34.5. Roughly a 32 D/34 C without padding.
The front of the gown has an a-line cut. The back is fuller, closer to a ball gown with a chapel train. The listed color is Blush/Pearl. Sort of an antique ivory, flattering color.
You could remove some of the train and a layer of crinoline if you would like it to be less full, easier to walk and dance in. Bust padding could be added as well in order to avoid altering the lace detail on the bodice.
I have included some photos of the dress in an actual wedding I found online trying not to show their faces. I thought this would be helpful since my dress is brand new and never been touched.
