If you are looking for a classic silouhette with a few twists--this is the perfect dress for you. I wore this dress for my August 2019 wedding in the mountains of Virginia, but it would work perfectly for any setting. I adore my wedding dress, but I am ready to pass it on to a new bride.
Here is what I love about the dress:
- The classic silohette means it will never go out of style
- It has just the right amount of sexy. The nude lining at the skirt compliments your skin tone without looking too naked, but I opted not to line the top of the dress. Don't worry, the lace covers all the important parts and I even got the style past my catholic mother :)
- It is incredibly flattering. I am fairly thin, but typically wear spanx in a figure hugging dress for an extra boost of confidence. I am not sure what magic Made with Love puts into their gowns, but the dress smoothed me out and highlighted all the right places. No spanx needed!
- The exploded floral lace is a beautiful update to a classic pattern. White roses are kind of my thing, and I loved that the dress matched the florals we incorperated into the big day.
- The wings really take this dress to a whole new level! Since my wedding was outdoors and required me walking on grass, I was afraid a full length veil would pull right out of my thin hair. These wings were the perfect alternative to a veil, they made for an awesome surprise and still gave the effect of a cathedral veil. You will feel like a QUEEN in this dress!
