The "Loretta" dress comes from Galia Lahav's Tales of the Jazz Age collection and is simply breathtaking! Loretta has a body exuding bodice, with an extravagant tulle skirt. The bodice of the dress is made of crochet ivory lace, decorated with an embroidered antique lace. The gown is embellished with pearls and swarvoski crystals. The back is low and has a stretchy sheer illusion tulle for support. You can read the full details here -

I felt like a princess wearing this beautiful dress with the long layers of tulle and got so many compliments! My dress is unique in that it has a detachable train (5 pieces). I wore the detachable train for a photo session outside and to walk down the aisle for my ceremony but otherwise spent my wedding day with the dress w/o the train.
This dress came from Bridal Reflections in New York and was originally made to fit:
- Bust: 34
- Waist: 29
- Hips: 39
However, the material is pretty stretchy and can accomodate different a slightly smaller or larger body size! (Dress can be easily altered to be custom-fitted). For instance, on my wedding day my measurements were:
- Bust: 32
- Waist: 27
- Hips: 37
i am 5’3.75” tall and my wedding heels were Naturalizer Michelle heels with the following specs:
Measurements:
Heel Height: 3 in
Platform Height: 1⁄2 in
For those unsure about whether they are in love with this dress -- the Loretta is currently available (as of Nov 2018) for try-ons at the Bridal Reflections in New York City.
I am including an absolutely beautiful cathedral length vail adorned with flower appliques that I only wore briefly for the ceremony. (Retail value of $1K; gifted to me by my cousin who owns a bridal shop). Open to negotiation on price if you don't need this vail!
I hope this dress makes the next bride as happy as it made me!
