I purchased this dress in 2014 for $2930, but the price went up to $3200 and it is still available for sale! A drop-dead gorgeous dress never goes out of style. Here is the link: http://www.loveblushbridal.com/nicole-miller-leigh-bridal-gown/ "Our Leigh gown is made from luxurious silk. This Nicole Miller Leigh style PS0004 wedding gown comes in an antique white shade of silk. She features delicate beadwork throughout the dress as well as a dropped waist. This dress is timeless and elegant with a touch of art deco... it is truly a breathtaking gown! Dry clean only." Although there are two differences: the style number is different for the one currently being sold online, and the color looks the same, but it says on my dress bag - color: IV, not antique white.
I felt so beautiful on my wedding day! I decided that I wanted to sell it because it shouldn't just sit in my closet.
I just got it cleaned and preserved at the Wedding Gown Preservation Company. It looks brand new and is in pristine condition - except for the hem. A few of the dirt stains on the hem were too stubborn. This won't be an issue if you need to get it shortened anyway, but if you don't - the discoloration is not noticeable unless looked at from a close range. There is also a rip on the silk tulle at the very bottom of the dress toward the train. Next to the rip, a few beads fell off but I can barely notice the disappearance of them even when it is 3 inches away from me. Again, if you are shorter than me, you will have to get it hemmed and it won't matter. If you are the same height as me and you do not want the train to be very long, then it can be simply removed.
My husband and I are happier than ever! No bad juju from this dress.
I live in Portland, Ore. - please feel free to contact me if you would like to try on before purchase, or if you'd like more photos. Happy shopping, and congratulations on your engagement!
My dress is now stored in the preservation box in a smoke and pet-free home, and was previously stored in the Nicole Miller garment bag in my closet. My home is smoke and pet-free.
Important to note in the photos: I have a tattoo on the upper left side of my back, you can see it a little bit through the dress. In another photo, you can see the ribbons/strings that were used to hold up the dress on a hanger - I forgot to get them removed. They float around and can be seen - make sure to remove them so that they won't show!
