Beautiful strapless fit-to-flare art deco inspired gown with detachable train worn only for an hour!
This Ines di Santo "Barcelona" gown is made in luxurious silk tulle and organza with soft petal pink underlay and elegant beaded lace appliqués throughout bodice and hemline. The petal pink is very romantic, subtle and elegant -- it photographs beautifully and isn't as stark white as the vanilla version of this gown. This dress features a dramatic jaw-dropping illusion back. Worn with the detachable skirt, it makes for a dramatic beautiful wedding gown. You get two looks for the price of one -- an elegant gown or a dramatic ball gown with the detachable skirt. I kept the skirt on for the ceremony and removed it for the reception.
If you're looking for drama, romance, and elegance, this is your gown. It's difficult to find this gown in bridal shops. You will need to have it sent to a bridal shop that carries Ines di Santo gowns and pay a fee of $200 USD to just have it brought into the bridal shop to try it on before you can order it which is what I did. I instantly fell in love with this gown and after trying on 87 wedding gowns from every designer imaginable (e.g., Vera Wang, Monique Lhullier, Berta, Inbal Dror, Hayley Paige, Marchesa, Carolina Herrera, Lazaro, Zuhair Murad, Reem Acra, Oscar de la Renta, Pronovias) across 3 different countries, no dress holds a candle to this gown! The craftsmanship is amazing.
