The dress has not been altered in any way from the original size. I had a seamstress add a tulle skirt underneath to give it some added poof but it could be easily taken out if not wanted.

The dress has been professionally cleaned right after the wedding. I can see some spots on the top, however they can be hidden with how its folded on top (email me for pics).
