Dress Description:

I bought this gorgeous Carolina Herrera gown as a sample from the shop on Melrose, and had it altered down to fit me. It is an elegant gown with gorgeous lines, made with beautiful silk jersey crepe. I particularly fell in love with the chapel length train, and the way the spaghetti straps criss cross in the back.

The seamstress who did the alterations also worked on the Carolina Herrera gown Amy Adams wore to the Oscars, and I felt like a movie star on my wedding day! The gown is in perfect condition, and I paid an additional $375 to have it preservation cleaned. I am torn between saving it, when I know it will just sit in a box for all eternity, and selling it to someone else who can wear this fabulous dress on their wedding day!
