This is an elegant, simple, strapless, fitted A-line gown with zipper over inner elastic closure. The satin gown features a pleated bodice with a delicate beaded band at the empire line. A line of crystal buttons drifts over the zipper closure to the edge of the train, adding a wisp of detail to the fitted A-line skirt. The fabric color is "alabaster," a shade of off-white and looks very luxurious. The gown has a french bustle that is easy to tie with a color-coded system underneath the skirt. It was altered in the bust (taken in slightly), hemmed, and bustled. The gown was worn on a cool evening in May 2009 during an outdoor ceremony and indoor reception.
