This dress is white (just like the photos on the Watters website). Because it is natural silk, it is not a bright (blueish) white, but a soft white. Additional information regarding fit and alterations: I am 5'8" and wore moderate heels, so the dress was ordered with standard length and was never hemmed. The dress has been bustled with a 5 point French bustle. It is a size 2 and was only taken in slightly in the waist and hips. Small bra cups are tacked into the dress and can be easily removed. Also, an elastic dress stay was added in the waist to give additional support in holding up the dress. Additional information regarding condition: The dress has been professionally cleaned and preserved in a box. I haven't taken the dress completely out of this box, for fear that I won't be able to get it back in properly. However, the dress didn't have any obvious problems when it was sent for cleaning - only minor soiling from typical wear. Keep in mind that this dress is used - not new, and I'm sure you will be very pleased with the condition of the dress.
