Dress Details

A classic, elegant, sophisticated, strapless, one-of-a-kind, matte satin gown from Anne Barge. Silhouette: A-line, Neckline: Strapless, Waistline: Dropped waist.
Custom-embroidered bands of exceptional beading and Swarovski crystals surround the 1.5 inch band on the dropped waist.
Custom made v-back and fabric covered buttons run down the back to the bustle. This dress was a size 6 but was taken in. -- now a 24" waist. This would be best for a size 4 or smaller. The length was taken up for about a 5'4" height (including shoes) although the length can easily be altered by a seamstress. The dress has a train which bustles up beautifully. There are loops sewn inside the dress to hook into a strapless, corset bra, which can be taken out. This dress was worn once.
Professionally cleaned and sealed in a box immediately after wedding to prevent fabric aging. Preserved by Carriage Trade Preservation Service in September 2005. Certificate of Heirloom Warranty included covering a period of 5 years.
