Dress Description:

I was married on 8.8.08...so I think this dress has good luck! I purchased this dress from the Amy Kuschel design studio in San Francisco where this dress was made. This is a duchess silk satin dress in ivory. In the middle and below the bust it has an antique, removable broche. There are also two "ribbons" that go under the bust line and connect in the back. I chose to have the ribbons sewn into the zipper in the back because I wanted to have the buttons instead of tying the ribbons to make a bow. I am 5'7 and I wore just under 3 inch heels and it was perfect. I wear a C-cup and had the cups sewn into the dress. Amy Kuschel herself worked on the bust so that it would look good! The Amy Kuschel folks say that you can have the dress in halter or turn it into a regular "tank top" style. You can see the images from the website at www.amykuschel.com.

I bought a finger tip veil and it had a lightweight ivory ribbon sewn along the edge. the veil has a comb. I will negotiate the cost of the veil. I paid $100 for it.
