This is a beautiful 2008 Melissa Sweet style, an English net strapless gown with a draped bodice, accented by pearl and crystal embroidery. I bought it and had the alterations done at Pearl Bridal House in Port Credit, Ontario. The back closes with a zipper but has buttons covered with the net material with small crystals in the middle for decoration. There is support in the bodice, it worked fine without a bra. The gown does not feel too heavy and it was easy to sit and dance in. It is in excellent condition and it was dry cleaned shortly after the wedding at Dove Cleaners and stored flat in a keepsake box with a shaper supporting the bodice. The hip measurement is flexible because of how the gown fits.
