Carolina Herrera gown she called Art Gem. Trumpet A-line gown in white silk Makado fabric with black lace sash and bows. Chapel length train with a French bustle, lace streamers bustle up too. Purchased at Kleinfeld's in New York City. Herrera is known for her fantastic construction, and this gown was a dream to wear. Very comfortable, very flattering cut, and easy to dance in. I wore it to my outside wedding in 98 degree weather and was cool and comfortable. I hated to take it off! It deserves to be worn again and again. I spent $595 to have it professionally dry cleaned. Appears to be spotless! Questions welcome. Anyone in NYC who wants to come try it on first, please let me know. Or if out of town happy to ship on Escarow.
