This dress is absolutely stunning and perfect for a bride who wants an unforgettable wedding dress that turns heads. How many weddings have you been to where the dress is beautiful and of course the bride looks gorgeous but when you think back you cannot remember it? That won't happen with this mermaid gown by Alvina Valenta who is known for this style. Also, for anyone who is worried about being able to move in the dress - do not worry! I had similar concerns wondering if I would be able to dance, walk down stairs, go to the bathroom, etc. and that was not a problem especially since the dress is a little roomier in the hips. Also, just to let you know, since it is best not to shorten the dress due to the lace bands I custom ordered it to my height (called a hollow to hem measurement); it is made to fit someone 5'4" with 2" heels (or 5'6" with flats, etc.).
