Dress Description:

This Oscar de la Renta couture bridal gown was so elegant and comfortable for me on my wedding day. I wanted something classy and timeless and that’s exactly what I got with this dress.

The gown was a store sample which was tried on only a few times. The silk fabric is rich and beautiful and showed up amazing in my photographs. The gown has about a 5 inch ruffle that circles the bottom of the dress. This ruffle is a signature detail on Oscar de la Renta wedding gowns. The dress zips up and laces up in the back. The white ribbon runs through 7 sets of crystal outlined holes. The dress could be altered so that it doesn’t lace up closed but leaves a little room to show off the back. Because of the lace-up back the dress could easily fit sizes 2, 4 or 6.

I loved having straps on my dress, as there was no tugging or slippage. Making dancing and posing for photos effortless. I’m 5’6 and three quarters. I wore about 2.5’” heels with the dress so the ruffle just grazed the floor. The dress is clean with no stains. As with any dress/gown, alerations are usually needed for the best fit. Please make sure to measure yourself (with undergarments only) and compare to the above measurements. The dress will be shipped upon receipt of either a Paypal payment or cashiers check.
