Dress Description:
I purchased this as a sample dress in December 2007 from a bridal store and wore it once to my May 2008 wedding. I had it altered to my size, which is a size 4 in street clothes. During the alterations, the Claire Pettibone tag was removed. I paid $225 to have this dress professionally cleaned at Lake City Cleaners in Evanston, IL. The dress has been stored in a zipped plastic bag since cleaning. The dress is originally worn with ribbons and two flowers. I have one ivory organza ribbon flower and three ribbon ties. The ends of the ribbons are a bit tattered as is the ribbon flower. I didn’t wear the ribbons or the flower and instead, had a sash made to wear with this dress. If you’d like the sash, please let me know.
