Congratulations on your engagement! I am selling my new, unworn beautiful Alvina Valenta gown, style AV9801. It is the first dress on Alvina Valenta's best selling gowns webpage http://www.alvinavalenta.com/bestsellers/bridal.html. Alvina Valenta is known for the quality of her gowns.  This is an classic, A-line dress made of ivory silk duchess satin. The strapless neckline scoops gently. Straps can be added to pull up at the reception if you want (demonstrated by one of the pictures). The empire waist has elegant detailed pleating in both the front and the back. Chantilly lace and an ivory satin ribbon accent the natural waist. This dress is a sample, size 10. It has not been altered or worn and it is in excellent condition. There is some dirt on the underside of the train that can be removed by dry cleaning. In these pictures is is falling down a bit because the dress was very big for me, but that could easily be altered.   I decided to wear a more casual wedding dress and keep our wedding less formal.  This is a beautiful, timeless, and elegant dress and I hope it will make another bride very happy!  If you live in the Southern California area and would like to come see the dress, please let me know.  Thanks for looking at this dress.  Good luck in your search!
