Dress Description:

This is a beautiful, classic Vera Wang gown that I wore at my wedding May 2008. I ordered it at Bridal Galleria in San Francisco and have all the receipts and letter of authenticity. It is in perfect condition. I wish I could have found this dress in this condition when I was looking for a gown. I had a ceremony which was outdoor but on a covered walkway and had a dinner and drinks-only reception. Not a single crumb touched this dress. There was no dancing so the bottom of the dress did not get stepped on and did not get dirty on a dance floor. My wedding was also very small with only 50 guests, which minimized the body to dress contact that happens when people are congratulating and hugging the bride. This is a sheath gown with an English netting v-neck and halter that gathers at the neck with three roses made of velvet. The fabric on the remainder of the gown is silk satin. This dress is ivory. This gown has a timeless look to it and I liked the fact that it was different than many of the strapless ballgowns that are worn quite often. I felt beautiful in this dress and hope another woman will also. My wedding day was filled with happiness and love and I hope that this dress can be apart of another happy occasion. There were no alterations on the gown except for the hem and having cups placed in the bust for extra support. The cups made the gown much more comfortable and kept my undergarments to a minimum. Please note that these cups could be easily replaced or removed if necessary. Please email me with any other questions or more pictures. Veil/Headpiece Description:

I had a very simple veil, no layers, no trim that came to my mid-back. I thought that simple would be best so that it would not detract from the beautiful back of the dress, especially the flowers at the nape of the neck. I paid $165 from Bridal Galleria and will include it for $50 if you would like.
