Brand new, unaltered, size 8, Melissa Sweet 'Tess' style wedding dress. The Tess style is a silk taffeta strapless column with ruched detail at the waist and large bow detail at center back with a charming fishtail train. There is a minor thread snag to the left of the large bow. I purchased two dresses (completely opposite styles), at Filene's Basement's Running of the Brides and have opted to wear the more dramatic, princess style silhouette since we are no longer having a destination wedding. Melissa Sweet is a sub-designer of Priscilla of Boston, an unbelievably talented and renowned bridal designer. Her dresses are just lovely and timeless, and this one is no exception.
