Dress Description:

Melissa Sweet Ivory Silk Charmeuse with embroidered Diamond White lace Strapless gown with an Ivory Charmeuse Sash. Originally priced at $4800. The picture does not give the gown justice at all. This timeless dress is STUNNING. There is intricate detail through out the dress; it is spectacular in person. One of my favorite details is the "peekaboo" lace throughout the top of the dress, and the crystal beading all along the lace.

The only reason why I am selling is because I have decided to wear a family heirloom instead (thanks to mom). The only alterations that was done to the dress from the original 2 size - (1) It was altered to become a 33 bust (33 bust, 25 waist, 34 hip) (2) It was shortened 1 inch without altering the peekaboo lace detail on the train. I am 5'2" and its perfect with 4 inch heels. (3) Very thin cups were inserted, and can be easily taken out There are no beads missing, nor any signs of wear to the entire dress. It is seriously comparable to brand new.

Although it has been professionally cleaned, I am currently having the dress cleaned once more, pressed, and preserved (a $400 value!). The ivory sash that sits low on the waist, truly complements any body figure. I will be more than happy to speak with any serious customer in more detail about this dress, and send more images if necessary. I honestly felt like a model wearing this dress, and I'm hoping to find a future bride who will fall in love with this dress as I did, and look amazing on her wedding day.
