Dress Description:

A unique and beautiful dress purchased in Hawaii for a beach wedding. Light weight, great for a spring, summer or beach wedding, very easy to move in. Brand new condition, only been worn once. No loose threads, no beads missing, no rips or stains. Was dry cleaned and pressed four days after the wedding in August 2005; purchased July 2005. Dress was worn for a beach wedding, in hot weather, no slip was needed to help the dress flow, but could be added if you wanted. Was altered only in the hem, the length was shortened only an inch or so. Breast pads were sown into the bodice but they are secured by a few stitches, so they could be easily removed if needed. Back laces up, so it is adjustable for many different body shapes. The dress is a size 6 and a length ready for a 5'6"height with about a 2" high heel. The dress has exquisite detail, with blue embroidery in a floral type design and beautiful crystal beading hand sewn onto the dress. It has an unusual style in the hip area, as seen in the pictures with and opening that goes down the dress in the front with the embroidery and crystal detail going down the dress. The gown has a beautiful back, which laces up and along the lace line is embroidery and crystal beading and it goes all the way down the back of the dress to the train and all the way down the train. The train can be tied up for an easy transition to your reception and for dancing. If you would like to see the embroidery and crystal detail more closely, I can email you some more pictures.
