Dress Description:

This Carolina Herrera dress is architectural in design. It is a ball gown style, strapless dress that is incredibly flattering. The fabric is silk mikado, which lends itself to the crisp creases that are then top-stiched the length of the gown, with box pleats around the full skirt. The design is deceptively simple and very elegant. The color is considered white, but is a true white, not a diamond white. It looks fantastic in sunlight. This dress reads a size 12 but was altered to fit my street size (8). I am 5'7 and wore 3.5 inch heels, so the gown is still quite long. As for other alterations I added a sweet heart neck to soften the look of the dress.
