Beautiful couture Badgley Mischka "Ingrid" gown. This dress that originally sold for $10,800 is now reduced by nearly 90%!!! I bought this dress for my wedding, but never got a chance to wear it cause our theme changed and now I need a completely different style dress.
In the style of 1940s Hollywood glamour, from what Vogue named "one of America's top designers" this dress has beautiful "pearl" colored lace over silk with silver plated rhinestones adorning the waist, bust and lower part of dress. Sweetheart top with jeweled spaghetti strap. Fabric covered buttons in back. Flowing skirt with a slight mermaid flare and small train that has a scalloped lace edge.
- DRESS ALTERATIONS
- I bought this dress at a sample sale for $6,000. It looks amazing, and is truly a great couture find. But, as it was from a sample sale, it could use a bit of a cleaning and also, it is missing a bit of the scalloping on the bottom, right side of the gown (shown in the last picture). As you can see, you still have the beautiful lace intact, just the scalloped applique has been torn off. You could easily add more material, or just leave it as is since you can hardly tell it is missing since it is not in the front or back view of the dress.
