A beautiful Eve of Milady ball gown wedding dress. Beautiful crystal beading on the bodice, bust and train; hand sewn. Amazing train, detailed crystal beading around the edge of the train. The hooks/buttons for bussling have been added in 5 places because the train has so much fabric. Box pleats begin at the hips and work around the back to give it a very full train.
I only wore this dress for about 3 hours; during the 30 minute ceremony, 1 hour cocktail hour and 1 1/2 hours for pictures prior to the ceremony. It truely is like new. I then changed into a different dress for dinner/reception and dancing. This dress is 100% silk and has a lot of fabric (which is why I had a "dancing dress" for the reception). - DRESS ALTERATIONS
- I kept the original length of the gown and used 3 1/2" heals. Slight alterations were made to the bust under the arms(I'm not too big) but I added removalable "cups" to increase my bust size and fill out the dress, just looked better rather than taking down the size of the bust. I did not wear a petticoat but could have to make the front of the dress fuller!
