Dress is in fantastic condition. It is two pieces: corset top and skirt. The corset top requires no alteration for anywhere between size 0 to 4. The skirt has multiple hooks, so it is equally adaptable. The skirt has a built in crinoline. I wore it with an additional large crinoline. With the additional large crinoline I wore about 2.5" heels (I am 5' even). Without the extra crinoline, the dress is still very full, but hangs lower, allowing me to wear a 4" heel with the dress still floor length. Train is chapel length.
