This dress is a combination of two different Monique Lhuillier gowns. The skirt is the Meringue which I purchased for $3900 and the corset is the Eugenie, purchased for $3500. They go perfectly together and create a perfect combination of sexiness and class. I have never gotten more compliments on anything I have worn ever. My husband was in love with it and so was my grandma! I wish I didn't have to part with it, but I can't bring myself to let such a beautiful dress sit in a box under my bed. - DRESS ALTERATIONS
- The corset was originally a size 10 but was altered down to a size 0 and pads were placed on the inside. The pads were sown over the lining so that they can be easily removed if needed.
- VEIL / HEADPIECE DESCRIPTION
- PRESERVATION METHOD
- The dress was cleaned but there remain a few minor dirt stains at the hem. These stains can easily be hemmed out, but the reduction in price is intended to account for the cost of hemming the marks out.
