Monique Lhuillier Ivory re-embroidered lace portrait neckline, elongated corset bodice gown with modified split petal trumpet skirt.

I bought this stunning gown brand new (have receipts) for my wedding on 4/21/12. This dress was way out of my budget but after trying it on I simply could not resist!! That being said, I am planning to keep the dress in excellent condition and sell it immediately after my wedding. 

I know how difficult it is to find a wedding dress. I tried on several unti I found this one. Firstly, I coudn't decide between wearing a strapless sweetheart gown or a gown that had a revealing backside. Thankfully with this dress, I didn't have to choose since it had both! (If you wear your hair down and over the straps it looks strapless sweetheart from the front. The other thing was most of the lace dresses I tried on had too much 'boning' in the breast and they were quite frankly a little too boring. 

This dress is everything I was looking for. It's classic and yet stylish, demure, yet sexy, modern, yet vintage, simple yet unexpected. My fav parts are the corset bodice and the subtle slit in the front (only when you walk do you see a little leg/your shoes).  I'm excited to show off my shoes and that I won't be tripping over my dress either!
