Ivory Tulle strapless bridal gown, Alencon Lace sweetheart bodice with vintage freshwater pearl appliqué at natural waist; handmade silk flowers and Alencon Lace appliqués accent skirt and chapel train.

This is a beautiful and whimsical dress and I got a lot of compliments on it. Though I'm sad to let it go, I hope this dress will make another bride happy.

DRESS ALTERATIONS

Minimal alterations to bodice to make it more fitted. To be safe that the dress will fit, the purchasing bride should be closer to a street size 2. The length was also altered to accommodate my height 5'8" with shoes. When I ordered the dress, I paid an additional $200 to raise the neckline 1" to make sure my cup C bust was securely covered and church appropriate. The height of the neck line turned out perfectly. Not too high and not too low. (Refer to the picture) Overbustled (also known as a traditional or American bustle - A bustle that involved lifting the train and securing it to the back of the dress with a button. The bustle snagged but did not damage the dress and may need re-bustling.

VEIL / HEADPIECE DESCRIPTION

Cathedral, floor-length veil with lace trim all around. Original purchase price $500. Sale price additional $250. (Refer to the picture)

PRESERVATION METHOD

The dress is in great condition. No visible tears, holes, or damage. It was immediately sent for dry cleaning 2 days after the event. It is packed in its original garment bag and box.
