This is an absolutely gorgeous, unique and extremely flattering 'Celestine' couture gown by designer Monique Lhuillier. A true show stopper- unlike anything you have ever seen.
To be perfectly honest, next to my husband, this was the second best joy of my wedding day.
I wanted a "rockin' roll princess" gown and when I saw this online I had to try it on. Instantly I fell in love and knew it was the one. Light as a feather and flattering as can be, Celestine was a perfect compliment to my personality on such a magnificent day.
I want someone else to share in the joy of her, but not break the bank for ONE DAY, so i'm willing to cut the cost in half including preservation/professional dry cleaning.
This strapless floor-length gown is made from endless frothy layers of butter-soft English silk tulle with an asymmetrically draped natural waist bodice, softly draped tiered skirt with a dramatic yet subtle sweep train in back. The dress fits beautifully and flows gracefully on the dance floor (so light, and airy...and SUPER comfortable on!). This gown has been featured in the pages of Vogue, Martha Stewart Weddings, Town & Country, InStyle Weddings, and countless others. This dress has it ALL! High-fashion yet romantic, sculptural yet soft, couture yet classic, feminine yet whimsical.

The gown gown is in near perfect condition. There are slight signs of wear (very minor staining and snags) on the inner silk slip layer of the bottom hemline and train of the dress and , but would be undetectable while wearing. The body of the gown has a few minor/tiny snags in the tulle, but are barely detectable even when very close up due to the nature of the fabric. * Gown has been professionally cleaned/ preserved. Alterations were very minor, only at the bust and waist.
