Designed with an assymetrically draped waistline that drops into a fluted A-line skirt with a balloon hem that is flouncy and whimsical for pictures, dancing, or walking down the aisle. My favorite detail is the vintage brooch at the waistline that gives this classic and sophistcated dress something unique and glamorous. The dress also has a French bustle that looks amazing for dancing the night away. The advantages of the French bustle is the weight of the fabric is more evenly distributed and the fullness of the fabric from the train is carried lower on the body and not on the waist. It is very easy to put up because the bustle loops are numbered. This will save you the hastle and cost of having one put in, since it can be very costly to do so. The gown has been worn once in 2006, and has been professionally cleaned and preserved.It was altered to fit my size 4 frame. I am 5’5” and wore 3” heels.
