This 2-piece Monique Lluillier gown is classic and timeless.  The top bodice, Jacqueline, can be worn tucked inside the skirt or outside as I chose to wear it.  It is beautifully scalloped on the top and bottom in ivory lace; light boning for shape, but I chose not to have pads sewn in.  The floor-length skirt, Confetti-Bu, is a satiny match to the ivory of the bodice.  I chose one layer of crinoline so the A-line flare is mild.  The bottom of the dress is rimmed in a lace that matches the bodice; zipper in back; sits on high, natural waistline.  Gown is floor length, longer in the back for a graceful flow down the aisle.  After the ceremony, the skirt can be tied into an elegant french bustle (see bouquet toss photo).     The beauty of this gown cannot be adequately captured in photos.  The gorgeous fabrics used by the designer evoke a graceful romance that simply cannot be found in cheaper gowns.  Caramel-colored tie is included with the gown. 

Grown was purchased at Kleinfeld Bridal in NYC.  You may also be interested to know that our photographer found this gown to be so beautiful that she featured a photograph of my husband and I in the Vermont Wedding magazine.  

The gown has been professionally cleaned and sealed in an heirloom box; I will be happy to send proof of this through photos and receipts to serious buyers. I will not remove the gown from the box so that it is properly stored and ready for the next bride-to-be.
