Sassi Holford - Serena: Made in London, this is a classic English corded lace gown with a gentle fishtail. It is silk-lined and has a silk underlay. It's a button closure, with a low back.
The original dress is a sweetheart strapless dress, however I customized the dress (see below). The dress has only been worn once. It has minor stains on the bottom of the lace, as detailed in the cleaning summary that will be included with the dress. They are very minor, and unnoticeable to the naked eye.
- DRESS ALTERATIONS
- I had custom capsleeves added to the gown to mimic the style of the Monique Lhuliier Scarlet dress. We flew in the same lace from Sassi Holford, and added that lace to make the bolero, or cap sleeves. I also customized this dress by adding a 2" Caroline DeVillo champagne-colored silk ribbon belt with lace, pleating, and a brooch details. It has sewn in cups and a color-coded bustle for easy cinching.

- PRESERVATION METHOD
- The dress has been cleaned and preserved since wearing in July. It's located in it's box, ready for the next beautiful bride to wear it. After wearing, it will need to be cleaned again, but it WILL NOT need to be preserved again.
