The gown, designed by Birnbaum & Bullock of New York, is known as the Angelina and is part of B&B's Classics Collection. For those of you not farmiliar gowns in this collection run from 2,900-6,000.
This dress is amazing in its beauty and quality. It features a soft sweatheart necked alecon lace mermaid gown. The gown features hand beaded lace appliques and a silk satin undergown.The back of the gown is secured with a zipper hidden with a line of 22 silk buttons.

I wore the gown for 5 hours for an indoor wedding. I spent the majority of the time standing in one place. The dress itself appears as though it has never been worn. However, there are a few places where some light repair work might need to be done. It is an all lace gown... So, that's to be expected. But... the areas which I am referring are closer to the bottom of the gown, not on the bodice where they visually would be seen. I am taking this into consideration that the buyer might be wanting to have some additional alterations as well as some light repair work. Thus, I have priced it with that in mind. I spent over $1,000 on alterations. Honestly, I just am looking to sell the dress to make back some of my money, and It's a shame for it to live in a box!
If you are concerned about the "areas on the dress needing repair" email me and I'll send you additional pictures of these areas. They are minor-- smaller than the size of a chocolate chip.

- The gown was larger than my size when purchased, and has had alterations made- Thus, The gown measurements as they currently stand are listed below..Please also note that the hip area does give some, if you are concerned that your hips won't fit this size. Because of the style the dress flares a bit after the hip- See photos HIPS 37 (but it's not tight fitted so there is more room) BUST 36 (worn without any undergarment due to the construction of gown) WAIST 27 LENGTH (I am 5ft 51/2 inches) The gown was altered to my height when wearing a 3 1/2 inch heel. Also, the gown has been altered in order to allow for the gown to be bustled. The bustle is simple & consists of a loop and button-

- Gown was professionally cleaned and preserved promptly after being worn on June 05, 2010. It has been kept in a large sealed box in my home which is temperature controlled (hasn't been sitting in a hot attic). Ready to wear!
