- Beautiful, easy to tie French bustle - I paid a little extra to have this added. Dress was also shortened a bit - that's why the price paid is a little high, since I had to pay additional for these alterations. I am 5'1", I wore 3" heels on my wedding day, and the dress length was absolutely perfect.
