This is a fit and flare dress with tiers. The bustline is absolutely gorgeous and the reason I bough it in the first place! There is a jeweled belt under the bustline. The belt can be tied in a bow or altered to be sewn in (which was my plan). The straps are thick enough and the dress light enough that they dont pull down and give you fat shoulders. I really love this dress but then fell head over heels for another.
