Never worn, Vera Wang couture, sample purchased from Bridal Garden in NYC.  This is not a mass produced Vera.  When Kate Hudson describes the Vera Wang dress in Bride Wars she's describing this skirt "14 layers of imported tulle, with the silk underskirt..."  not the exact quote or description but this dress is a designer knockout.  The skirt next to your skin is silk, there are layers of crinoline, several layers of tulle and down the back of the top tulle skirt are tiny satin bows in the same champagne-y candlelight satin as the bodice and straps.  The bodice is princess seamed and boned for a flattering fit and no fat rolls. The dropped basque waist construction makes your waist look super tiny, especially above the voluminous skirt. The zipper has hand picked stitching... a true haute couture construction detail, and the neckline with the small straps is ultra-flattering.  You can wear this even if you are large busted.  Ultra femininie, ultra flattering, the ultimate princess dress withough being blinged out.  If you want some sparkle you can easily add a jeweled belt/sash or dress clips at the neckline.  The fabric is so luxurious you don't need it but it can easily be done.
