This Mikaella dress is absolutely breathtaking. You can tell it is high quality material when you touch it. IT HAS NEVER BEEN WORN OUTSIDE. I can't say it is "new with tags" (since that is the listing) but it is not used so the closest thing to keep it honest is to downgrade it and say it's a sample since it wasn't specially ordered for me and was a dress "off the rack" at a bridal shop in New York so technically does not have the original tags (although I have the original bridal bag dress).

VERY IMPORTANT: this is a lace-up dress which means that almost anyone who is less than a street size 10-12 can wear it!  The max size I would guess is about 36-38 bust, 29 waist, 40 hips.  I'm actually a size 2-4 usually (busy 32-34, waist 26, hips, 36) and it fit me perfectly because I could cinch up the back to however tight I wanted it (you can see in the picture).  I bought this dress on a trip to New York but didn't end up wearing the dress because we ended up having a destination wedding in Hawaii and ended up wearing a short dress.  I was sad I didn't get to wear it since it is a dress that everyone in the store in New York absolutely loved when they saw it.

You can't see the train very well in the pictures when the gown is on the hanger but it falls incredibly beautiful and is so flowing. The front top is classic, simple, and elegant (you can dress it up with a sash if you'd like) with the feminine ruffles at the bottom and on the train which lays down incredibly well since it is heavy material.
