This Monique Lhuillier "Mystique" alencon lace corset top and "Lianne" hand-tufted silk faille skirt was purchased at Carine's Bridal Atelier in Georgetown, Washington, D.C. I tried on over 150 dresses (including at Kleinfeld in New York) and absolutely NOTHING took my breath away like this gown! I got more compliments on it than I could ever count, and was told over and over again it was the most beautiful gown my guests had ever seen. it is a true showstopper and I am so happy to be passing it along to another bride to wear on her wedding day.
The top is a size 2 (altered down from a size 6) and the skirt is a size 4 which was not altered at all (except to add a bustle).
