Sample Dress in small boutique. It does include the shoulder strap as shown in picture. Has been tried on numerous times, shows signs of being a sample:
Will Need to be cleaned, some store wear stains are on the dress. The picture of the stain is on the side about 12 inches off the floor. The other picture that shows dirt is the train, but the underneath only. The zipper is functional, but is not new. May want to replace zipper.
