Ivory beaded peau d'ange lace halter gown. Sweep train. Please feel free to contact me to see more photos or to discuss the price.
- DRESS ALTERATIONS
- This dress was hemmed at the bottom. The back side seams were taken in. There were front tucks done. Boning was added to the waist/hipline to allow it a smoother look. The straps were shortened slightly. Three buttons with small pearl loops were added for the bustle. The hem falls 1" above the floor and I wore flat shoes. I am approx. 5'4" tall. There is some extra fabric available should you need to let out any of the seams.
- VEIL / HEADPIECE DESCRIPTION
- I did not wear a veil with this dress, but would be happy to offer the shoes I wore. They were dyeable white satin flats in size 8 1/2. The brand was Touch Ups and the style was "Beth".
- PRESERVATION METHOD
- The gown did not need any cleaning after my wedding. It was worn for 6 hours, mostly indoors, in October of 2011. Since then it has been hanging carefully in my closet in it's protective bag. I live in a smoke-free home.
