Dress has been slightly taken in at the bust, but otherwise hasn't been altered. A bustle was added, and is shown in one of the photos. Dress did not need to be hemmed at all (I'm 5'9"). The length fit well with 3" heels.
INCLUDED ACCESSORIES
I have a veil for sale -- it's the one I bought new with the dress (Malis Henderson catherdral length with hand-beaded trim). My mom managed to find her veil (also cathedral length) after that purchase, so I wore my mom's veil (in the photos) and am selling the store-bought one, new with tags still on. [Note: veil has been sold.]
