This dress is brand new, never been worn, and is in pristine condition. It is an absolutely gorgeous dress from the Jenny Lee timeless collection so, although it is five years old, it is a classic that can be worn for many years to come. It is an ivory color, strapless dress with some rouching across the front. The most beautiful part is the hand-beaded belt that comes with it. See pictures for detail. This dress is extremely flattering!

Please note that I am not 100% sure on the measurements. The tag doesn't have the details and I don't remember exactly what the measurement were. I am still the same size as I was when I was measured for this dress so I used my current measurements. 

I have taken excellent care of this dress. It has been stored in a breathable garment bag in a cedar closet with moth balls hanging near it (keeps the moths away but dress doesn't smell).
