2-piece ball gown.  Appears 1-piece when worn together.  Top is satin-lined strapless with a sweetheart neckline of satin and beading and angled downward at bottom for a slimming waistline. The back is connected by lacing a satin cord through satin eyelets, which makes top adjustable, larger to smaller. Skirt is multiple layers of fully gathered transparant chiffon with a satin underlining which also serves as a slip. Waistline of skirt is adjustable from larger to smaller.  This is a very flexible-sized gown and can accommodate a size 8, 6 or 4. The bride was a size 4.
