Truly a dream dress in perfect once-used condition. This is Anne Barge #387 from the '06 Spring Couture Collection with some important custom modifications. This dress is A-Line (not mermaid as on the model), is Strapless and rather than the strips of lace is detailed head to toe in the most beautiful white French alencon lace. Finally, buttons were added ALL the way down the back by the designer. If you are looking for a 'Jessica Simpson' gown or just a classic gown from an incredible designer, look no further. - DRESS ALTERATIONS
- Dress was hemmed to fit me, 5'3 with 3 inch heels. The scalloped lace hem was kept intact. From a label size 6 the dress was taken in at the bust and waist. The cups of this gown were let out to accomodate a larger C or small D cup breast without any "push-up" of the cleavage. I take a 32-34D and you can see the gown was very minimizing. These could me taken in for a smaller bride. Finally, an amazing bustle was done but could be re-done per your wishes. The underskirts are French bustled for security and the top was an over-bustle which has broken - so the bustle decision can be yours!
- VEIL / HEADPIECE DESCRIPTION
- I wore a simple cathedral length tulle veil with blusher attached to a crystal headband which can be yours FREE with purchase of the gown.
