I wore this dress for my wedding in Portugal a few months ago (we got married in the same chapel my parents were married in)  and it was so timeless and elegant. The raw silk hugs your curves and gives you a classic, yet modern look. The buttons on the back are a lovely detail, and the skirt flows out into a train that just flows behind you. Because it is a trumpet skirt ("fit and flare") you get that close-fitting look but also the "princess" feeling because of the fuller skirt that flares out from below your hips.   I am 5'4" and wore this dress with low (1-1.5") heels since I was walking around on cobblestones all day.This is a lovely, gorgeous dress and I hope someone else can enjoy it as much as I did.
