Extremely snug gown (will keep all your parts where they need to stay!).  Quite a heavy dress, which lends toward feeling stable and elegant as you walk down the aisle.  The top is a corset, so it is adjustable according to bosom (chest) size and waist size.  The bosom area does have some breast padding sewn in, in order to give the tighest and most secure fit.  The length of the gown is sized for 6'0'', as I am 6'0'', with 2'' heels.  I loved this dress so much and hated taking it off...
