Vera Wang's "Ethel" dress from her Fall 2010 collection. The dress was purchased and worn for my October 2010 wedding. This is a stunning, glamorous, and sophisticated dress. The color is called "natural," which is an off-white (not quite ivory, but definitely not white -waist size easily adjustable).  The body of the dress is stretch silk mikado, a lustrous and flattering fabric that doesn't have the harsh glare of satin in flash pictures. The bodice is lightly ruched all around, with a row of buttons above the waist in the back. The mermaid detail is tissue silk organza. There is a sweep train of about two feet. This dress is unbelievably flattering and comfortable - it gives a great hourglass figure.  For my evening reception I wore a Swarovski Crystal belt, also by Vera Wang bridal, which is also available for sale separately (retail price was $1,350 before tax). This dress is part of Vera's current line and available now, so you can try a sample on in a boutique if you are interested. I purchased it from a high-end bridal boutique.79% silk 16% ply and 5% spandex.  The lining is taffeta which is 6% poly 33% nylon and 7% spandex.  The Tulle bottom is 100% Nylon Style 122010. buyer is responsible for picking up or shipping charges
