I purchased this dress from the Vera Wang Flagship store on Madison Avenue in New York.  I wore the dress for my wedding this spring and did not wear the dress outdoors (ceremony and reception were both indoors).

The dress is stunning and in excellent condition.  Dress has been professionally cleaned.  I have attached images of myself in the dress.  Dress will not be sold with the sash in the pictures, but will be sold with the ivory bow sash that is sold with the Diedre style.  The sash is new and has not been used.  This dress retails for $7400 including tax.  In addition, the alterations on the dress were undertaken by the Vera Wang Bridal Services department in New York.  The bustle is very pretty and cups and waistband have been sewn into the dress.  I did remove the ruffle that is on the upper left.  This was just tulle so could be easily added back if you desire this.

Dress and sash will be shipped with the garment bag and certificate of authenticity provided by Vera Wang store.
